Our aim is to try to provide a comprehensive range of Information Technology consulting services to Central Australia. Our carefully chosen staff are experts in their field and have an excellent reputation for their interpersonal communication skills. We have been established in Alice Springs since 1998 and are locally owned and operated. It is our philosophy that Information Technology need not be overly-expensive and a mysterious industry, and we work hard to simplify the tools that are supposed to simplify our lives, by giving you the best value for money with our services, yet at the same time not compromising quality or security of your investments.

Our client base includes small home-based and personal systems, small- to medium-sized commercial and indsutrial business, and ranging up to supporting a number of Government agencies in the Northern Territory.

Networking Our technical staff have formal qualifications and extensive hands-on experience in various networking technologies - this is where our expertise mainly lies.
Project Management We offer an overall co-ordination of all our services (and others we don't normally provide) to help streamline your I.T. project or requirements.

We are able to build a complete Information Technology solution for you, arranging for telecommunication services, cabling, purchase of all hardware and software required, provide research as required, and coordinate the whole project.

Whilst this office may not carry out all the tasks required to complete any one job, we have a number of companies that we subcontract to assist us - not only supporting local business and selecting the right company for the job, but also reducing the overall time require to completing the job due to concurrent tasks being executed.

Troubleshooting

Computer systems will rarely perform flawlessly, and will require ongoing maintenance to ensure their reliability and security of the data and services they provide. We have repaired hundreds of PCs and servers in our office over the years providing clients with regular telephone updates of the job in progress and completing the job in a timely manner, and most jobs include a detailed report of the work carried out.
We will attend problems on your site, or you may bring the equipment to us.


Site Documentation

Part of our skill set and industry tools allows us to carry out a full audit on your system(s) and provide you with full documentation - every relevant detail is recorded and provided in 2 bound copies. Information can include inventory, procedures, diagrams, and a list of services and contact details.
All new major jobs (installations and purchases) will have this documentation provided to them as part of the service.

Interfacing

Whilst not a frequent task, we have been asked to interface a number of computer systems together - such as PABXs, cash registers, data logging equipment, and radio transceivers, and many more devices.
