If you would like remote desktop support, I have provided below a small software package that will allow me to take control of the desktop when you manually initiate it - I am unable to take such control without your physically activating it so your machine is safe from being hijacked by anyone using this tool.

Simply click here to access the software. When prompted, "Save As..." the file to a location on your PC. It will create a yellow icon with the letters VNC within it. Run the software, and you will be presented with a screen much like this one.

Double-click the item marked "hainsNET Office" and both ends will be prompted if they agree to the remote control session. During this session, a green icon similar to the yellow one will appear in the system tray (the area usually found in the bottom right-hand corner of your WIndows desktop). You can close the session using this green icon if required.
